Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1.1. The owner and operator of dreammeanings.pro (the “Site”) is Profivo, a company registered in the Polish Register of Entrepreneurs (KRS) under no. 0001181942, REGON 542154491, address: ul. Paprotna 8B/14, 51-117 Wrocław, Poland (EU) (the “Provider”).

1.3. A User is anyone who uses the Site. Using the Site means you accept these Terms.

2. Nature and scope of the service

2.1. The Site provides free content that is informational and reflective in nature: dream interpretations (a dream dictionary), horoscopes, Moon phase information, and related content.

2.2. In the future the Site may offer additional paid features (for example, an ad-free experience or premium features). The terms of any such services will be set out in a separate agreement or an addition to this document before they launch.

3. Nature of the content and disclaimers

3.1. The content on the Site, in particular dream interpretations and horoscopes, is informational and reflective in nature. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and must not be treated as a substitute for it.

3.2. The Provider does not guarantee that the content is complete or fully current and is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of it. For matters of health, finances, or law, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Site, all you need is a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript enabled. The Site uses cookies (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Copyright

5.1. The Site's content (text, graphics, layout, logo) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Provider or is used under the appropriate licenses.

5.2. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the content without the Provider's consent, beyond permitted personal use, is prohibited.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported in part by advertising and may display ads delivered by third-party partners (for example, Google). How data is processed in connection with advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints

7.1. Comments and complaints about how the Site works can be sent to kontakt@profivo.pl.

7.2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and your contact details. The Provider reviews complaints within 14 days.

8. Acceptable use

8.1. You may not use the Site unlawfully, to distribute illegal content, or in ways that threaten its security or continuity (for example, automated bulk requests).

8.2. If you send us a dream through the “didn't find your dream?” form, you are responsible for the content you submit. How the data from that form is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Age requirement

The Site is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The Provider may change these Terms for good reason (for example, a change in the law or in the scope of the service). Changes take effect on the day the new version is published on the Site.

10.2. Because the Provider is established in Poland (EU), matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and the applicable regulations of the European Union. This does not deprive consumers of protections they are entitled to under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
